After studying Economics with Politics at Goldsmiths, University of London, Anne-Marie’s career path began in the world of investment before leading her to her true passion—property. In 2000, she purchased her first flat in Grays, Essex for just £50,000, as property in North London was beyond her budget. This was the turning point that led Anne-Marie to discover the opportunities in property investment.

Her journey progressed as she upgraded to a larger property, and in doing so, she found herself naturally stepping into the role of a landlord. Over time, Anne-Marie used her investment experience to build a successful property portfolio, all while maintaining a career in an American investment company.
